ROOM RATES
Pricing includes a full, plated, homemade breakfast daily, chef's choice
Breakfast is served between 6:00 am and 9:00 am.
Earlier breakfast times are to-go only, just ask when booking.
The Costello Room, includes private bath, $78 per person, per night* or $136/couple, per night*
All other rooms $68 per person, per night* or $120/couple, per night*
*6% PA sales tax and 5% Potter County room tax and gratuity are not included in above pricing
**Military/Veteran discounts available, please inquire when booking
***Starting 5/21/23, a 3% surcharge will be added to all payments made via credit card

We do not allow walk-ins, please call lodge for room availability prior to arrival.
POLICIES
Check In is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm daily
*if an earlier or later check-in time is needed, please contact Lodge.
Check Out is by 11:00 am daily
*another night stay will be charged for all guests who do not adhere to our check-out time - unless previous arrangements have been made

We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard
All reservations are tentative until secured by credit card (card will not be charged). Full payment is due at check-in
*NOTE: Starting 5/21/2023 a 3% surcharge will be added to all payments made via credit card.
A $30 service charge will be added for all returned checks

Reservations must be cancelled or rescheduled seven (7) days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will have credit card used to hold reservation charged for a one-night stay, including any taxes and surcharges.

We accept no responsibility for weather conditions.

No smoking/vaping allowed inside the Lodge; however, guests may smoke/vape on the front porch or on the grounds (please dispose of your cigarette butts properly). An additional cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file if it is found a guest has been smoking/vaping inside the lodge.

The kitchen is off limits and we do not have a microwave that is available to guests. However, we will gladly warm things up for you, when possible.

No pets allowed in Lodge
​
Parking located in front of the Lodge on either side of our sign. No guests vehicles are permitted on private lane that runs by the Lodge
​
Due to the age and design of our lodge (late 1883 Victorian), regretfully, we are not able to offer ADA compliant accommodations.
